Linda Skeats, Professional Services Manager

Linda Skeats has many years experience within the 
community and voluntary sector, as a psychotherapist,
group facilitator and manager; running family projects,
community education programmes, and cross community
programmes before joining Staffcare.

Linda is also an accredited trainer with the International
Critical Incident Stress Foundation.

Ciara McClements, Business and Finance Manager

Ciara joined the Staffcare team in 2009 and is responsible for all the financial aspects of our EAP. After achieving her degree with honours from Queens University, Belfast, Ciara studied accountancy at the University of Ulster in partnership with ACCA. She has 5 years business experience working in both the voluntary and private sector .

Lt. Col Ollie Barbour, Training Manager

Ollie is a counsellor and psychotherapist accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Ollie has many years experience as a trainer, delivering programmes for the Defence Forces, Fire Service, Coast Guard, ATC's, Gardai, Voluntary Bodies, NHS and Police in Scotland. Ollie is an Authorised Instructor for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF).

In 2001 Staffcare became the first and only Critical Incident Stress Management team in Ireland and Great Britain to be made part of the worldwide web of Response Teams of the Foundation. This has led to Ollie undertaking further training with the Foundation and receiving accreditation from them to teach their programmes in Peer Support for Assisting Individuals in Crisis and the Group Training for ICISF.
