Established in 1992, Staffcare is part of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, one of the largest health Trusts in Europe. We provide Employee Assistance Programmes that are individually tailored to meet organisational requirements and our clients extend across the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Staffcare is a not-for-profit company that seeks to provide a fast and professional response to any request. Our network of 250+ counsellors are all appropriately qualified and accredited and the management team have membership of both the Emergency Planning Society and EAPA (Ireland). Staffcare adheres strictly to BACP/IACP ethical guidelines.

We recognise that employers must be able to budget accurately and we therefore offer a range of pricing structures and payment options to suit most accounting requirements.. We have also introduced a therapy evaluation system that provides a framework for determining levels of service quality and effectiveness.
